1978 Aria Pro Japan RG750 (325) Electric Guitar (Black)
Made to replicate one of the most iconic short-scale guitar ever made, this Matsumoku build Aria Pro II RG750 checks all the boxes as a jangly little instrument that would make John Lennon smile. It's hard to find higher end models like this that aimed to replicate both the style and quality of the historic American brand that shall not be named.
The RG series were shameless designs and are built with chambered bodies (looks to be mahogany) with a maple neck and 530mm scale length rosewood fingerboard. Plays with a nice C profile and weighs 3.4kg's.
Good overall cosmetic condition as pictured for a 40+ year old guitar. Frets have plenty of life and were polished prior to listing, they play well with some light pitting and wear. Truss is functional and the neck is straight. Neck pickup isn't functional, bridge and middle are working well. Restrung prior to listing.
