1978 Aria Pro II EGB-1600 Eagle Bass (Natural Maple)
One of the highest end (and rarest) instruments in the 1978 Aria Pro II catalog, the EGB-1600 was a Matsumoku built version of the BC Rich Eagle bass. Maple/walnut body with a maple neck and 24 fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard (43mm nut width), it weighs 4.4kg's. Loaded with the original Badass bridge and factory Dimarzio P-Bass pickups controlled by a three-way selector and independent volume/tone controls plus a kill-switch mini toggle (the original boost circuit was unfortunately removed prior to it arriving with us).
Very clean condition as pictured with some light wear and tear but no breaks or repairs. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the neck is straight and the frets are shiny with plenty of life left. Truss adjusts freely.
