1976 "The Greco" Japan EG-550 Les Paul '59er (Ebony)
Description:
An oddball Greco made in Japan in the mid 1970's, the EG-550 was their take on the Ibanez 2342 59'er Les Paul. Basic Les Paul shape with a belly cutaway and softer edges, it weighs just under 4kg's. Loaded with the original Maxon U-2000 pickups, sounds great.
Good cosmetic condition as pictured. Has replacement Gotoh tuners and a new tailpiece plus some brand new knobs, it seems otherwise all original. Given a basic setup and service prior to listing, plays nicely with polished frets and a straight neck.
