1976 Greco Japan EG-700 Vintage Les Paul Standard (Cherry Sunburst)

The Greco EG-700's are one of the higher end models from the late 1970's and are some of the best value Japanese guitars around. Lightly carved maple top with a mahogany back, three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Weighs 4.3kg's. 

Received a full refurbishment and service prior to listing. It's loaded with what look to be the original Maxon U-3000 pickups, we've had it fully rewired with brand new Japanese pots and capacitors. Brand new Gotoh bridge and tailpiece along with a new output jack plate, tuners, pickup rings and strap buttons. Fretboard was oiled and the frets were polished prior to listing, neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life. Slight separation in the back of the body is nothing of interest, rock solid with some glue injected for some piece of mind. A great option for someone who wants a vintage guitar with some modern touches.
