1976 Fernandes Japan Burny Custom FST-70 Stratocaster (Yellowed Sunburst)

Here we have a FST made in Japan by Fernandes in the late 1970's in a 2-tone yellowed sunburst. The interesting thing about these is that they was modelled after the Fender USA models being made at the same time (rather than being a reissue or a historic model). Includes all the touches that make those 70's Fender's unique including a bullet truss rod, oversized headstock, 3-bolt neck plate and an angle tilt adjuster. Weighs 3.8kg's.
Looks to be a sen ash body with a maple neck and fingerboard. Seems to be all original except for the back cavity plate. Frets and nut are both vintage and a little low but the guitar plays nicely as it sits. Electronics are working well. Neck is straight and truss is functional.
