1975 Fender USA Musicmaster Mustang-Style Bass Guitar (Sonic Blue) w/Hard Case
1975 Fender Musicmaster Bass
If there's one group of guitars that have skyrocketed in popularity over the years, it's well-made vintage "student" instruments. This right here is one of the best you'll find! The Fender Musicmaster Bass was made in Fullerton, California from the early 1970's until the early 1980's. Labelled a student guitar due to their short (30 inch) scale length and compact body, these have since re-surged in popularity.
This is an earlier model featuring a poplar body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. The finish is seemingly a well aged Sonic Blue and is in great condition for 40+ years, has a couple of very small dings but no major damage. Neck is smooth and plays nicely, frets are shiny and have plenty of life.
This one is close to all original and even includes the often removed thumb-rest. Pickguard and output jack have been replaced, however the originals are both included.
Includes a hard case.
