1973 Japanese Les Paul Standard w/Greco Pickups
Made in Japan in what we're assessing as 1973 (due to the specs/build/serial number), this is a seldom seen set-neck Les Paul model with plenty of Japanese charm. Missing the headstock logo but it appears to be either Matsumoku or Moridaira built.
Laminate flame top with gold hardware, chambered pancake body with what looks to be a three-piece maple neck, weighs 3.8kg's. Slim neck profile plays nice and smoothly.
Previous owner had the pots replaced with some that date to 1990 so they've got plenty of life in them, wiring is nice and clean. Has a set of 1973 Maxon/Greco humbuckers installed that sound great. Also loaded with new knobs.
Good overall condition for it's age, plenty of dings as pictured. Received a full teardown and setup prior to listing. Neck is straight and plays well, truss is working. Frets are vintage and low but function as is and were polished prior to listing.
