1970's Fresher Japan Personal Precision Bass (Black)
Fresher guitars were built in the famous Matsumoto region of Japan throughout the 1970's and were sold by Kyowa (responsible for importing Charvel, Jackson, Takamine etc). The Personal Bass is very obviously their Precision bass model from the late 70's, taking a liberal amount of inspiration from the Fender models available at the time..
Glossy black finish with a maple neck, weighs in at 4.1kg's and has a 40mm nut width. The headstock logo is a great example of the 70's Fresher logo design, doing everything it can to look like a big American brand without copying them exactly.
Good overall condition and plays well with a straight neck. Frets have plenty of life in them. Pickguard has been painted silver by the previous owner, has a nice aged look.
