1969 Guyatone EB-6 Les Paul Bass (Made in Japan)
One of the last basses made in the original Guyatone factory that closed in the late 1960's, the EB-6 was a Japanese take on the seldom seen Gibson Les Paul Bass. Open book headstock with the Gibson font Guyatone logo and split diamond inlay give it that "lawsuit" aesthetic while the build quality retains that quirky Japanese feel that musicians have grown to love. Weighs 4kg's and has a 31" scale length.
The EB-6 is a very rare model from Guyatone that only saw a small production run, only a few have popped up on the market in recent years!
Good condition for a 60's bass as pictured, plays fine as it sits and has new strings installed. Truss is adjustable and neck has minimal warp. Electronics were serviced and are all original/working well.
