1984 Squier Japan SST314H-55 JV Series HSS Contemporary Stratocaster (Red)
Some of the most sought after Japanese guitars ever made, the JV series are some of the highest quality vintage Fender guitars to ever come out of Japan and have been steadily rising in value for the last 10 years. This is an SST314H-55 model that was part of the Contemporary series of guitars made "For the Metallist, By the Metallist".
Modern red aesthetic with a U shape maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm medium scale length). Two SQ-5N single coils and a Dragstar humbucker with a five way toggle give a real big versatile sound. Master volume and tone controls for simplicity.
Received a basic restring and service prior to listing, neck is beautiful and plays super smooth, plenty of life left in the frets. Good cosmetic condition with wear as pictured.
