1983 Tokai Japan TST-50 Goldstar Sound Stratocaster (Brown Sunburst)
Made by Tokai Japan in 1983, this Goldstar Sound lives up the the headstock quote of "Oldies but Goldies". Replicating the 1960's model from Fender, these Strats were made with an alder body, maple neck (C profile, 44mm nut width) and a thin rosewood fretboard. Weighs 3.5kg's.
All original except for the Fender stamped saddles installed by the previous owner, it's loaded with the original VII stamped single coils, an Orange Drop tone capacitor and full sized pots that date to 1983.
Great overall condition with minimal cosmetic wear as pictured. Frets are shiny and have plenty of life, neck is straight and the truss is functional.
