1977 Greco Japan EG-700 Vintage Les Paul Standard (Cherry Sunburst)
The Greco EG-700's are one of the higher end models from the late 1970's and are some of the best value Japanese guitars around. Carved maple top and neck, rosewood fingerboard and mahogany body (4.5kg's) along with Maxon's famous pickups.
Just got this back from our tech and it's playing and sounding great. Electronics were cleaned and pots have minimal scratching, frets were polished and play smooth. Hairline crack in the finish at the neck joint (common with these models as they were built with a join at the heel), was given the okay from two of my luthiers as being purely aesthetic with no structural damage.
