1977 Greco Japan EG-500 Les Paul Standard (Sunburst)
The industry standard in the world of vintage Japanese guitars, the late 70's Greco EG-500 is one of the most popular Les Paul models on the market in recent years. Made in the Fujigen factory in 1977, this one features a pancake mahogany body with a three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboards and weighs 4.3kg's. Lightly carved maple top with a sunburst poly finish looks just as good as any Gibson model out there. Loaded with the original Maxon humbuckers that are famous for a reason!
Great condition for a 40+ year old guitar with only very light signs of wear. Hardware is shiny and clean and the electronics are working well. Shows signs of a very recent refret so the frets are shiny and have almost full life remaining, truss is working and the neck is straight. Genuinely one of the nicest 500 models i've had in a long time!
