1991 ̶M̶a̶r̶t̶i̶n̶ Morris MD-512 Acoustic Guitar (Made in Japan)
Morris was founded in Nagoya in the late 1960's by Toshio Moridaira, a Japanese guitar distributor that had close ties with Gibson and Fender. The company produced countless Martin and Gibson style copies throughout the 70's and 80's and were known for their quality and value for money.
Only the higher end Morris models were built with the Martin style headstock logo! According to the catalog, the MD-512 features a spruce top, rosewood bridge/fingerboard, nato neck and mahogany back/sides. This one is in exceptionally good cosmetic and playing condition, upgraded Gotoh tuners.
